Gone are those days when being classified as men brought about a bang on its own. If you have been following the trend, you will realise that the beauty products in the market not just target the feminine audience anymore.

Now for those men who feel the lesser options are inhibiting them has some news to cheer.

The upside is there are simple easy to do tips which can let you standout whether you are on a date or on your next interview. Sadly the information online is either incomplete or otherwise hard to follow through.

I have outlined a few recommendations which will cover from Head to Toe which are taken from my personal experience.

Hair Maintenance

  • Remove facial hair/keeping it shaped properly.

  • Trim nose/ear hair.

  • Getting rid of unibrow.

  • Clipping hair every 3-4 weeks depending on your hairstyle.

Oral Hygiene

  • Flossing.

  • Chewing Gum can help keep the teeth white in addition to exercising your jaw.

  • Using Baking soda on teeth not only brings a glow to the teeth but also keeps the mouth fresh.

  • Take recommendations from a good dentist.



Smelling good

  • Using a good deo/antiperspirant.

  • Use the right perfume at the right pulse points, be aware of choosing the right scent.

Nails

  • Clip foot nails.

  • Clip Finger nails.

Moisturise every day

  • Use the right moisturiser depending on what skin type you possess(oily, dry, normal or combined).

  • Use sunscreen when stepping out.

  • Prefer products which have nice scent.

Skin clean up

  • Body exfoliation using scrubs/soap which are light on the body.

  • Facial exfoliation using products which have activated charcoal.

  • Nose strips to remove black/whiteheads.

Sleep well

  • A minimum 6-7 hrs is good , simply lookup the phrase “Beauty Sleep”.

Right Food

  • Vitamins & Minerals are key essentials as they fight from inside out, so be careful what you take inside because what shows outside is essentially what you consume.
